Sinteze Multimedia is electronics assembler of printed circuit boards and printed circuit assemblies, which is conveniently located in Latvia, Northern Europe. We can offer you assembling of a wide variety of circuit board designs including Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Mixed Technology and Plated/Pin Through Hole Technology (PTH).

We are equipped with a PHILIPS ECLIPSE II Automated Pick and Place component mounter. This machine platform with two mounting heads reaches speeds up to 6500 components per hour and has a component range of 0402 chip components, QFP packages from 50mm with minimum lead pitch of 0.3mm (12mil) and BGA 45x45mm. Our Philips platform is complemented with a ERSA HOTFLOW 5 Convection Reflow Oven with edge hold conveyor for pure double sided SMT processing applications, and DEK 265 inline printer for solder paste printing.

Sinteze Multimedia meets production needs for Mixed and Plated Through Hole technology printed circuit board assemblies. All production hardware is profiled to suit each individual configuration. We use NUTEK workstations, ERSA ETS-330F wave solder machine with spray flux unit - the latest development from ERSA for "no-clean" application. We utilize volume production methods to assemble your product as efficiently as possible. We perform 100% inspection and all appropriate ESD precautions are adhered to when handling hardware.
